2024 Musher Registration

Entries open May 1, 2023 at Noon Pacific Daylight TIme.

NOTE: As Of May 1, 2024 at 5:30 PM the 100 mile race is on a waitlist. Please sign up if you are interested and we will add you to the waitlist.

Please note, there is a 20 team limit at the Ollokot check-point.  We will begin by opening 10 slots for both 100 and 200 mile races. If by October 31 we have openings in one race and waitlisted mushers in the other race, we will begin filling to the 20 team limit. Once the combined total of 100-mile and 200-mile teams equals 20 a waitlist of first come first served will be in effect.

The maximum combined entries for the 100-mile, 200-mile, 31-mile and Junior’s race will be 30 teams.

If mushers request a refund of their entry fee, they will receive a full refund if prior to November 30, 2023, or they can roll their registration to the next year. If the request is during the month of December 2023, then the refund will be 50% or they can roll their registration to the next year. If mushers change from the 200 mile to the 100 mile race they will receive a $100 refund prior to January 1st, 2023.  No refunds or rolling registrations on or after January 1st.

Refunds are usually issued within a week, however it may take up to a month depending on volunteer workload.

Mushers can complete the application process online or via paper.  Mushers must read and follow the ECX Race Rules.

Once you register use the link below to make the appropriate payment or send a check. Your registration is not active until payment is received.  When you arrive at ECX, you will sign the paper liability waivers. You can review the waiver by downloading the paper application on the link below.
